Witnesses provided officers with a description of a vehicle.

Officers found a vehicle matching that description nearby, which sped off but crashed a short distance later.

Two of the three occupants were taken into custody, but the third suspect ran away.

He was found and arrested a short time later after a K-9 track.  Police said he was carrying a 9mm handgun.

During the investigation, the victim told officers that she knew the three teenagers and they had been in a longtime dispute with her boyfriend.

She also told officers that about ten minutes before the shots were fired at her home, the same suspects shot out the back window of a car she and her boyfriend were driving in while on Delridge Way.

The shooting was not reported to police at the time and the boyfriend had left the scene before police arrived.

Officers examined the victim's vehicle and discovered bullet holes and a damaged rear window.

No injuries were reported.

The three teens were later booked into the Youth Services Center.
