A driver was taken into custody after a two-vehicle crash in Oakville Tuesday evening.
The crash happened on State Route 12 at Park Street.
Troopers said a driver tried to pass at a high rate in a 30 mph zone.
Investigators said the driver was taken into custody and was suspected of driving under the influence.
The victim in the crash had a broken wrist and internal injuries.
Troopers said the crash is being investigated as a vehicular assault.
