Suspects arrested in connection to South Park killing

SEATTLE, Wash. — Seattle Police have arrested two suspects in the killing of a 26-year-old woman in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle.

Following an exhaustive search, Seattle Police detectives and a Seattle Police SWAT team arrested a 24-year-old man suspected of killing Celina Peterson, found dead in an alley in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle on Fed. 15.

Police arrested the second suspect in the case, 20-year-old Emanuel Jaime-Roderiquez, shortly after.

Both men were arrested in the South Park neighborhood on Thursday.

Peterson died from a blunt force injury to her head, the King County Medical Examiner determined.

She was found unresponsive in an alley in the 1200 block of South Sullivan Street.
