SEATTLE — There's been reports of light snow showers in Port Angeles, Tacoma, Federal Way, Kent, Pacific, Graham and other cities Thursday morning.

Weather outlook:
• Isolated showers Thursday
• Areas of snow Friday morning
• Mostly sunny Saturday
This morning we're off to a cool start in the low to mid-30s. Most of the area was dry overnight, but we've had some light snow in Port Angeles for the past little while and the occasional band over the sound. Most of everything has been light and will continue to be, but as this moisture moves south we could all see a few light snow/wet snow showers.

There is also some fog in the mix and with temps around freezing, at the very least you'll probably have to scrape your windshield. Overall then, don't be surprised if you see some snowflakes, but know that they won't last and we'll warm into the low to mid-40s.
This afternoon, I only expect a few isolated showers with plenty of sunshine. The snow level should be around 500-1,000 feet, with mainly rain showers or possibly some light wet snow or ice pellet showers.

Showers are expected to be more widespread on Friday, and areas of snow are possible in the morning. The snow level will likely be around 400 feet, so right around the Sound we’re more likely to see rain showers with a little wet snow mixing in, but not sticking. Some spots above 500-1,000 feet may see 1/2 inch to an inch or so, but we'll warm into the mid-40s in the afternoon anyway with mainly rain or ice pellet showers.
Then look for mostly sunny skies on Saturday with highs in the mid 40s.
On Sunday, I expect more showers to move in with the snow level around 1,000 feet, so wet snow or ice pellets are possible again. A few wet snow showers are possible on Monday.
