RENTON, Wash. — Police say two men were seriously injured during a shooting outside a downtown hotel in Renton early Saturday.

Renton Police Det. Robert Onishi said in a statement that officers found a large crowd outside the hotel entrance and two people who shot just after midnight.
A 22-year-old Renton man was found in the hotel parking and an 18-year-old Des Moines man was found at a nearby gas station. They were taken to local hospitals and are expected to survive.
Investigators say more than two dozen rounds were fired, damaging hotel windows and several cars in the parking lot.
