Lynnwood police locate stolen puppy, reunite it with its owner

LYNNWOOD, Wash. — An 11-week-old Golden Retriever that was stolen from a pickup truck at a Lynnwood park Monday evening has been located and reunited with its owner.

On Wednesday night, Lynnwood police said they found the puppy named Blewett earlier in the day.

The family told KIRO 7 they were at Lynndale Park for a Little League game on Monday. When they went to check on their puppy, they noticed the lock on their pickup truck’s canopy had been tampered and the puppy was missing.

The owner offered a $500 reward and an Edmonds restaurant offered a $1,000 reward for the return of the puppy.
