Police: Teen shot after road rage incident in Everett

EVERETT, Wash. — Everett police are looking for a gunman after a 16-year-old boy was injured in a shooting after a road rage incident Monday afternoon.

Before 3:45 p.m., police responded to a report of a road rage incident between a white SUV or truck and a black Honda Civic near Casino Road and Evergreen Way.

Shortly after witnesses called 911 to report shots fired in the 800 block of Beverly Boulevard and described the two vehicles with the same description as the road rage incident. When officers arrived, they did not locate the vehicles but found shell casings in the roadway.

Police said a 16-year-old boy was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center by a black Honda Civic and is in critical condition.

Police said they are looking for a white SUV or truck.

Detectives are continuing their investigation and talking to witnesses.
