Suspected car thief taken into custody after pursuit in Kent

KENT, Wash. — Police captured a fleeing suspect who allegedly stole a vehicle Tuesday night in Kent.

Deputies said Kent police pursued a stolen vehicle on Canyon Drive.

The suspect then hit another vehicle and fled the scene on foot.

Police located the suspect with the help of King County’s air support.

The suspect was taken into custody.
