Police are investigating a fatal collision involving a car and pedestrian on Monday night in Bellevue.
The incident happened in the 16000 block of Northeast 8th Street.
Investigators said the 92-year-old pedestrian was out for a walk and was trying to cross the street to go home.
The driver, a man in his 50s, told people he didn’t see the pedestrian enter the roadway.
The driver cooperated with investigators and showed no signs of impairment, police said.
