A 20-year-old woman has died from her injuries after an incident on I-90 on Mercer Island.
The incident happened in the eastbound express lanes of I-90 near Island Crest Way.
Troopers had originally reported that a pedestrian was struck by multiple vehicles.

During the investigation, troopers said no vehicles had struck the pedestrian. The woman then died from her injuries.

It is unknown how the woman was injured.
The express lanes of eastbound I-90 are closed.
