TACOMA, Wash. — A motorcyclist is dead after colliding with a vehicle in Tacoma.
The vehicle, headed southbound on Portland Avenue Friday, hit the motorcyclist while turning left, Tacoma police said.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was riding northbound. He was pronounced dead at 4:25 p.m., authorities said.
Portland Avenue will be closed for at least two hours following the crash.
Tacoma police are investigating.
