Missing endangered teen last seen on Monday

SEATTLE — An 18-year-old boy with the mental capacity of a 12-year-old is missing after being last seen at a Seattle high school.

Josh Howard was last seen at Garfield High School on Monday and was last heard from on Wednesday.

Authorities say Howard is autistic, bipolar and has ADHD. He also has a heart condition and seizures for which he needs to take medication and does not have his medication with him.

Howard is black, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 140 pounds and has braces on his teeth. He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, a blue shirt, blue jeans and black Timberland boots.

Anyone who sees Howard is asked to call Seattle police at 206-583-2111 or 911.
