BREMERTON, Wash. — Bremerton police said they have arrested a man accused of shooting and critically injuring a woman at a 7-Eleven store in East Bremerton early Thursday.
The suspect has been identified as 27-year-old Kip Green.
Officers were called to the 7-Eleven on Wheaton Way at 12:51 a.m. where a 29-year-old woman had been shot.

A witness at the scene identified Green as the shooting suspect.
According to police, Green ran from the scene toward the View Crest Village neighborhood. Police searched with a K-9 unit but were unable to locate him.
Investigators believe there were three other witnesses who fled, both on foot and in a car, immediately after the shooting.
The vehicle seen leaving the shooting scene is a white, 1998 Buick Century.
Investigators do not yet know the motive behind the shooting.
