Ivar's offering $1.13 menu items Tuesday for 113th birthday of founder Ivar Haglund

SEATTLE — Ivar's Seafood Bars and full-service restaurants are offering hungry seafood fans discount prices on full-menu items Tuesday in celebration of what would have been the 113th birthday of founder Ivar Haglund.

According to Ivar's, "Fans who purchase one regularly priced entrée and wish Ivar 'Happy Birthday' will receive a second entrée of their choice - from a special birthday menu - for just $1.13."

In addition, the restaurant is also giving the first 113 guests at each Ivar's location a free celebratory cheesecake desert made from Cakes of Paradise in Seattle.

Those interested in the promotions are highly recommended to make reservations at Ivar's Full-service locations. The promotions exclude stadium locations.
