Home burns Monday morning in Kirkland

KIRKLAND, Wash. — Thick smoke rose in Kirkland Monday morning, visible for miles.

At around 5:30 a.m. Chopper 7, over the affected area near 92nd Street, showed flames coming from the roof of the house.

Firefighters were on scene working to extinguish the fire.
