A photo of a snowy Alaska Airlines Field at Husky Stadium shares a message many University of Washington fans share this month: "Beat Bama."

As excitement builds week in advance, the Husky Crew had an idea amid some snow.

"It had just snowed over night on campus and I was flying the drone taking a few photos when my teammate Elmo Carcano texted me with the idea. We picked up Pietro Zileri and Madison Molitor at the boathouse and Pietro came up with 'Beat Bama'' on the way over to the stadium. It was four of us in total, with three brooms we use to clean off the rowing docks," photographer Rielly Milne told KIRO 7 News.

"Using the lines of the field as a guide, we took it one letter at a time and got it done. I was able to snap a pic, right as the football team came out to start practicing. They can be seen warming up on the left of field."

Snow dusted 1 to 3 inches across Western Washington overnight Thursday and Friday. Read about it here.
