Burien Police seize additional 11 pounds of drugs in follow-up to previous sting

Burien Police seized an additional 11 pounds of drugs Saturday following a raid that recovered more than a pound of heroin, more than four pounds of crystal methamphetamine, liquid synthetic heroin, body armor, multiple firearms, nine vehicles and about $150,000 in cash on Friday.

Saturday's recovery was a follow-up to Friday's sting.

Friday's investigation stemmed from a narcotics case which originated in Burien and led police to mid and high-level drug traffickers, police said.

The investigation is ongoing.
