A developmentally delayed Spokane teenager who was the subject of an Amber Alert has been found safe in Ohio Wednesday morning.
Police said Kiera Inman, 16, was “unable to make realistic life choices.”

According to KHQ, Inman was found sleeping in a car at an Ohio rest stop with 30-year-old Zachary Jones of Newport News, Virginia on Wednesday.
