With the holiday season fast approaching, companies like Amazon, Target, and Macy's are ramping up their seasonal hiring.
Amazon announced earlier this week they would hire for more than 120,000 positions for the holiday shopping season to work at customer service sites and fulfillment centers.

The Seattle-based retail giants says thousands of holiday hires in the past have eventually hire on full time.
Target announced it's plan to start putting on season hiring events starting friday through this weekend, and Macy's is also planning to hire 80,000 workers.
Walmart has said they plan to give their current workers extra hours instead of hiring temporary ones.
