BATTLE GROUND, Wash. -
A Washington woman was killed Monday night when two SUVs crashed head-on in Clark County.
The crash happened shortly before 7 p.m. about a mile south of Battle Ground on State Highway 503.
State troopers said a Nissan Pathfinder crossed from the southbound lanes into the northbound lanes and slammed into a Chevy Tahoe.
A 33-year-old woman in the Tahoe was killed.
Four others, including three girls under 18, were seriously injured.
Troopers said the highway was covered in ice at the time of the crash.
