May 23, 2012 — KIRO 7's Steve Raible emceed The Moyer Foundation's 2012 Annual Giving Luncheon at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Seattle.

With nearly 500 guests, Raible was among the various individuals, partners and community leaders who had the opportunity to make a difference. The event raised more than $260,000, with all proceeds benefiting The Moyer Foundation's mission to empower children in distress with the education and support that they need. Specifically, donations will go toward Camp Erin and Camp Mariposa, two of the foundation's camps.

"As a well-known and respected individual in the Seattle community, it's always a pleasure to have Steve Raible as a special part of Moyer Foundation events," said Kevin Sullivan, Executive Director of The Moyer Foundation. "He has a genuine passion and energy for what he does and has a great way of engaging the audience. This year's Annual Giving Luncheon was a great opportunity for The Moyer Foundation to celebrate our roots in the Seattle community—roots that have allowed for our mission to grow and help thousands of children in distress. We are extremely grateful for the community's continued support of our mission and help in expanding our reach nationwide, ultimately helping more children."
