Hiker found alive and well after search in Thurston Co.

THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. — On Tuesday afternoon, the missing hiker, Brian Wallace, was located -- "alive and well."

Thurston County Sheriff’s Office rescue workers searched for Wallace after he didn't show up for work Monday. He had gone for a hike Saturday.

Brian Wallace, 52, had last been seen on Friday by his daughter.

Wallace was reported to have gone for a hike in the area of the Mima Falls Campground in the Capitol State Forest.

Anyone who spotted Wallace was asked to call the sheriff’s office.
