Alleged drunken driver arrested in hit-and-run, no interlock device

SEATTLE — He was not supposed to be driving at all, and certainly not without an ignition interlock device.

Elias Paiz-Antonio was arrested by Washington State Patrol officers Monday night after a hit-and-run crash.

He was booked on charges of driving without a license and driving without an interlock device.

KIRO 7 is digging into Paiz-Antonio’s criminal history and will be at his court appearance Tuesday.
