PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. - A 12-time felon who was shot by sheriff's deputies last month has died in a Pierce County hospital.
Justin Linn was wanted in connection with a home invasion robbery and a shooting.
Deputies said Linn recently threatened a family that was going to testify against him in the case.
He was shot by police at a motel in Buckley August 22. Deputies said he ignored commands to surrender.
After the shooting, deputies said Linn was expected to survive.
The exact cause of his death hasn't been released.
