Everett Boeing employee released from hospital after job injury

EVERETT, Wash. — A Boeing employee was injured Wednesday while during machine work at a building next to the company's main factory in Everett.

Emergency crews said the worker was airlifted to the hospital, but the man was released from the hospital on Thursday, a Boeing spokesman said.

The company said airplanes are not made in the building where the worker was hurt.

The company did not release further details.

The incident is under investigation.
