KIRKLAND, Wash. — The King County Medical Examiner's Office is asking for the public's help to identify a woman who was found dead in Kirkland last month.
The woman, whose body was found outdoors in the 700 block of First Street on January 12, is believed to have been homeless. The ME’s office said she died of hypothermia and her death was accidental.
The woman is described as likely mixed-race, 30 to 60 years old, 5-feet 5-inches tall and 149 pounds. She has an old caesarean section scar and was wearing an unnamed medical facility bracelet bearing the name "DOE, JO," with an admit date of Jan. 10.
Anyone with information about the woman is asked to call the King County Medical Examiner's Office investigations section at 206-731-3232, extension 5.
