Driver rescued after car plunges into creek

Thurston County deputies said the car went into McAllister Creek in Nisqually Valley.

THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. - Police and firefighters rescued a driver after a car plunged into a creek in Thurston County Wednesday morning.

Thurston County deputies said the car went into McAllister Creek in Nisqually Valley. 

The incident occurred at the Nisqually RV Park. 

The one occupant in the car was pulled from the water.  Lacey fire said the victim was transported to a hospital.

The cause of the crash is not yet known.
