Driver killed in Skagit County crash

CONCRETE, Wash. — A driver died in a Concrete crash Sunday morning, troopers said.

The collision happened on State Route 530 and Concrete Sauk Valley Road before 10 a.m.

According to the Washington State Patrol, 20-year-old Kenneth Cousins was driving eastbound in a Subaru Legacy. The vehicle left the roadway and struck trees.

Cousins was ejected from his vehicle.

It is unknown at this time if alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
