Daredevils break in, take photos atop 'Great Wheel'

SEATTLE - Seattle’s newest landmark, the "Great Wheel," proved too tempting for a pair of anonymous law-breaking climbers.

A photo appeared on the Internet of a person sitting atop Seattle’s Great Wheel.

Another photo was posted, showing a person dressed in black standing just a few feet below a gondola at the top of the wheel.

It appears the other person on top of the wheel took this picture.

Kyle Griffith, one of the wheel’s owners, said he’s hired a couple extra people to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
