Body found in water at Olympia park

OLYMPIA, Wash. — Police are investigating after a body was found in the water at a park in downtown Olympia.

An Olympia parks employee spotted the body at Percival Landing about 10:15 a.m. Wednesday.

With the help of the coroner, police pulled the body out of the water.

There were no outward signs of trauma.

The medical examiner will identify the victim and determine their cause of death.
