SEATTLE — A bicyclist was seriously hurt in a collision with a van at Boren and Pike Tuesday morning, the Seattle Fire Department said.
Police gave the van's driver a sobriety test after the incident, video from Chopper 7 showed.
The video showed a bicycle in the middle of the intersection, as medics were leaving the scene and police were investigating.
The victim was transported in serious condition, said Kyle Moore of the fire department.
