• Baby born in car during Seattle's rush hour


    SEATTLE - A woman delivered a baby in the front seat of a car during rush hour in Seattle Tuesday morning.

    The Seattle Fire Department said the birth happened at East Yesler Way and Boren Street.

    The mother and her baby boy, both healthy, were transported to Swedish Hospital. 

    Seattle fire said the baby was born with the help of an off-duty nurse.
