Alcohol delivery app launches in Seattle

SEATTLE — A new app is launching in Seattle Thursday that will deliver alcohol right to your doorstep.

The free app is called Drizly.

Customers can add beer, wine or liquor to their cart and it will be delivered in 20 to 40 minutes.

The selections and prices come directly from stores in the buyer’s neighborhood.

The company says the prices are not marked up but the driver gets a tip.

All transactions happen within the app. You can also order on their website.
