Officials with Alaska Airlines are apologizing to customers after a computer problem delayed some flights Friday afternoon.
The outage happened at 3:45 p.m. for about 15 minutes.
According to officials, departing flights from various cities, including Los Angeles and Phoenix, were grounded due to a problem with airlines’ computer system.
Officials told KIRO 7 Eyewitness News flights were held at gates until the issue was fixed.
Flights resumed after a system reboot.
