51-year-old woman recovering after SUV plows into car

SEATAC, Wash. — A 51-year-old Mukilteo woman is in critical condition after an SUV plowed into a car she was in.

The collision occurred in the 18600 block of International Blvd, at about 9:15 p.m.

Police report that the SUV was black and traveling northbound on International Blvd. The car – a white sedan – was traveling southbound.

The SUV struck the passenger side of the sedan.

The sedan was being driven by a 59-year-old Mukilteo man. The woman was sitting in the passenger side seat.

The woman had to be cut out of the car. She was transported to Harborview Medical Center.

The drive of the sedan was also transported to Harborview with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the black SUV is a 43-year-old Seattle man. He received minor injuries and was not transported to the hospital.

King County Sheriff’s Major Accident and Reconstruction Response Unit is investigating.
