3 families displaced by Puyallup house fire

PUYALLUP, Wash. - A fire that destroyed a Puyallup home displaced three families and caused a traffic slowdown in the South Hill area Wednesday afternoon.

Central Pierce fire said no one was hurt in the fire at 94th and 13th Street East, but a cat was missing.

Four birds and a turtle were rescued by firefighters.

The Red Cross will assist the displaced families.
