WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — Two people are dead after a collision in Whatcom County.
According to the Washington State Patrol, a car was on highway 548 early Tuesday when its driver tried to pass another car in the fog.
The two cars hit head-on.
An 18-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man in the car that was trying to pass were killed.
The driver in the car that was hit was not hurt.
