KENT, Wash. - Kent police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a crash that killed one man and injured another early Friday.
Police said the driver went off the road in the 9200 block of South 208th Street around 4 a.m. and hit a tree.
Medics worked to revive the driver, but were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The male passenger in the SUV was transported to a nearby hospital.
