Mondelez is voluntarily recalling the above products out of an abundance of caution after a supplier recalled the whey used in the snacks for the possible presence of salmonella.

Thankfully, no injuries from eating the snacks have been reported at this time.

If you have any product on this list, do not eat it. Return it to the store for a refund of reach out to Mondelez at 1-844-366-1171 for more info about the recall.

Salmonella is a bacteria that can cause symptoms such as fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain, and may even be fatal in young children, frail or elderly people. In rare cases, Salmonella can cause more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis if it gets into the bloodstream.

If you’re a label reader, you may find it interesting to note this is the second time in just days that the possibility of salmonella-tainted whey has caused a recall.

The same issue was also cited in last week's recall of Swiss rolls sold at Walmart, H-E-B, Food Lion and other retailers throughout the Southeastern United States.
